Your order will be custom processed at the lab. Orders normally ship via USPS Priority Mail 2 to 3 days after receipt. 8"x10" and 11"x14" photos are shipped flat, all other sizes are shipped rolled in a heavy duty tube. USPS Express and Fedex service is available. 8% tax is added to shipments to Texas. Framing is not available at this time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are normally shipped via Priority Mail and typically take 6 to 10 business days. This is in addition to 2 to 3 business days in the lab. Express Mail is also available and is stated by the USPS to take 5 business days to the United Kingdom, for example.

If you are only ordering a couple of 08x10 or 11x14 prints, your order will be shipped USPS First Class (approximately $11) unless you request USPS Priority Mail (approximately $28). Please allow an extra week for delivery via First Class. It is extremely rare for an order to actually get lost.

ALL orders larger than 30"x40" & ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Shipping charges are an estimate only. If you require the exact shipping charge, I need to know what your order will be, so please e-mail me that information when you request the shipping charge.

Customs fees, duties, or import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer. I cannot figure those for you, as they change frequently, and are at the discretion of customs officials.
